Frequently asked questions
Everything you might want to know before your first visit. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp — we're happy to help.
Do I need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist?
No. You can book a physiotherapy assessment directly with us — no referral is required. If we ever feel you need a doctor or a scan, we will tell you.
How long is a physiotherapy session?
Your first assessment is the longest, usually around 45–60 minutes so we can understand your history and examine you properly. Follow-up treatment sessions are typically 30–45 minutes.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Comfortable, loose clothing you can move in is ideal. For some assessments it helps to see the affected area, so bring or wear something suitable — for example shorts for a knee problem.
How much does physiotherapy cost?
Fees vary by session type and whether it is at the clinic or at home. Please contact us on WhatsApp or by phone for current pricing — we are happy to explain everything before you book.
Do you offer physiotherapy at home?
Yes. We provide home physiotherapy across Domlur and South-East Bengaluru — the same assessment-led care in your own home, ideal for post-surgery recovery, seniors and reduced mobility.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends entirely on your condition, how long it has been present and your goals. After your first assessment we will give you a clear, honest estimate and review it as you progress.
Let's find out what's really going on.
Book an assessment and we'll map a clear plan to get you moving freely again — at the clinic in Domlur or at home across South-East Bengaluru.
